Nora Otto: Food
Service Manager
preachermama21@hotmail.comNora lives in
La Grange with her husband Wayne and mother Alice. Her son Brad is
currently living in Houston were he serves as associate pastor for
Covenant Lutheran Church. Nora has worked at La Grange High School for
approximately 19 years. During this period of time she developed a
fondness for young people.
Nora left this position for approximately 3 years to work at
Lutherhill as the Hospitality and Office Manager during the period
1999-2001. She loves working at Lutherhill because she truly has a
love for the camp and the people (young and old) who come there to
become closer to God. This love has grown very deep as Lutherhill
was the driving influence in a decision that Brad has made to
pursue a career as an ordained minister.
Nora returned to her job at the High School about 3 years ago
but has been asked to return to Lutherhill to once again take over
the role of Kitchen Asst. on a part-time basis. "It’s
almost like coming home again. It’s a joy to be back and be able
to meet and greet EVERYONE!!"

our chef for the summer and retreat seasons.

wife, Alice, on the internet 8 years ago and they were married 3
weeks after they first said hello. Don has 4 children and 6
stepchildren. He has also been blessed with 9 grandchildren and 3

its doors late last year, Don was lead by God to apply here at

experience since becoming one of the family here (Lutherhill). We
truly serve a great God and I praise Him everyday for brining me
here. I look forward to serving you in the future.” - Don
