Who We Are:

Welcome to Lutherhill!

Lutherhill is a Summer Camp and Year Round Retreat Center. It is a great place for youth and adults to explore God’s world and word. People of all faiths are welcome to come and enjoy our 77 acres of wooded and wide open spaces.

Facilities are available for swimming, games, high ropes adventure course, RVs, tent campsites and other activities. Wooded areas abound for hiking or just sitting down and relaxing among our beautiful live oak trees. 

Located between Austin and Houston, just outside of La Grange, TX.  Lutherhill sits atop the highest point in Fayette County and is well known for beautiful sunsets and an incredible view of the surrounding countryside.

People have enjoyed Lutherhill since 1954 as a place to worship, study, and play together. Come and join us for relaxing day or  weekend, or stay longer if you like!

What We Do:

From June through the first week of August Lutherhill provides summer camp for youth and families.

During the rest of the year Lutherhill Ministries provides:

• Space for retreats for non-profit and church-affiliated groups.
• Programmed retreats for youth, adults, and family groups.

Who We Serve:

Being affiliated with the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast Synod, Lutherhill Ministries serves all these groups and perhaps yours too:

• The youth and families of the Gulf Coast Area (Austin to New Orleans).
• Day events and meetings for groups large and small.
• Over night retreat for groups large and small.
• We send travel teams out to provide day camps and servant events for youths.
• Individuals and families seeking a quiet place to reflect, renew, and recharge.
